The LunceIndex is a composite rating that accounts for results, schedule strength, and win rate. Postseason games carry bonus weight — bowl games at 1.2×, CFP quarterfinals at 1.5×, CFP semifinals at 1.75×, and the National Championship at 2.0×. Ratings are recalculated iteratively to account for the full strength of schedule chain.

RPI = 25% Win% + 50% Opponents' Win% + 25% Opponents' Opponents' Win%. Non-FBS opponents count toward a team's record but are excluded from opponent strength calculations. Click any team to see their full schedule breakdown.
